Gayotto Sports was born in the visionary mind of its founder, Eduardo Gayotto, a Sports lover. With a degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (1986), Gayotto simply united his passion with his education and his enterprise was the end result.
Founded in 1993, Gayotto Sports is, today, one of the most important companies specializing in Sports Marketing in the country, and promotes, creates and improves sports entertainment productions from their startup all the way to the project’s conclusion. The company has already gathered, at one event alone, more than 30 thousand participants, with their diverse and innovative strategies.
Eduardo Gayotto was a swimmer from the age of 7 to 17 years old, having belonged to clubs such as Pinheiros and Paulistano, both in São Paulo/SP. From 21 to 26 he was a triathlete, having lived in San Diego California/USA, for 6 months in 1987, for triathlon training competitions. Also during that time, he participated in Contemporary Advertising, a marketing course at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), played tennis from the age of 35 to 39 years old and, in 1988, founded and managed the Triathlon Federation of São Paulo for 4 years. In 1977, he was the swimming champion in São Paulo in the 100 meters butterfly stroke competition, the runner-up being the athlete Ricardo Prado.
