In partnership with the Globo Network, the 3-on-3 basketball mini-world championship was part of Verão Espetacular (“Spectacular Summer”) for two years. With aims of attracting more players to the sport and encouraging athletes’ personal development, the event also worked to promote basketball for a wider public and integrate the basketball community with a sport that can be accessible to all.
